TRADER JOE'S SHOPPING TRIP!
Bought a huge gift size jar the size of my head of mixed olives for no apparent reason.

Then I made some baked chicken for dinner with a simple mixed salad and suprisingly delicious Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette.
I found out that the cheapo brand season salt I bought makes my food turn yellow instead of reddish like the regular kind does. I must fix that.

Oh yeah, ended up making roasted potatoes and garlic at 11PM to eat for breakfast the next day.
